You will come to notice quite quickly, that so many of these photographs featured were taken by the wonderful Harry Curly; a good friend, and amazingly talented photographer!
An Ode to the Furry Life...
Furry is what we are. When I had first become a furry, it wasn't quite as stigmatised as it is currently... No, no; I had found it as a joy of expression, finding people who were as excitable about 'funny animals' as I was! I made my way onto FurFor by complete accident - I had been interested in sewing some cute paws and a tail for a Tokyo Mew Mew cosplay; somebody on LiveJournal was helpful enough to point me towards Matrices.net, back in the early, EARLY days of the site, when a popular method to make a Fursuit Mask was to stitch plastic canvas together for your mask base... To all of the fursuit makers of this decade reading this, you may now pick your jaw off of the floor. Anywhomst - I had found myself on this site - and the rest was history. "Furry! So that's what I am!"
Ever since then, my life has been a wonder of friends, fun, and the occasional coughing up of faux fur... It. Gets. EVERYWHERE.
So, fursuit this, fursuit that.. Where are the piccies?!

My first ever fursuit no longer exists.. I had made it out of upholstery glue, foam, and most bizarrely, a cut-out sieve for the eyes. "Some kind of lion?"
Sadly, a lot of the older meet photos have been lost to the sands of time; I will have a search on my old harddrive, but I can make no promises.

BristolFurs 2015 December meet
One of my all-time favourites; and long before Harry started watermarking them piccies! I will never forget bringing it up to Jasper, and getting a pained look - "cor, that's a blast from the past!" -- not to me, it isn't - we were just there! BristolFurs 2016 January meet
Harry captured the pre-walk amble perfectly; this day was horribly soggy, but we were determined to have fun. I had suggested on the forums that we all go dressed in onesies... Here we have Giovanni Magnus, Binx, myself, Cass, the back of Slush's head, and far in the back, not facing the camera, Nexii borrowing my fox onesie! - 9.1.16

BristolFurs 2016 July Meet
The beautiful late Typhon, myself, Popper (he's got a book out now called Furtannia!), and Gman! If you could go back in time... Another of Harry's old pics. I can see why we kept this batch of photos. - 3.7.16

This picture... It's beautiful, isn't it? It makes me feel prideful, yet incredibly heavy-hearted to see the late Typhon front-and-centre. No rolecall for this one.. I can't stare at it for too long without getting wistful. This was my facebook header image for a very long time; I had changed it just months before we lost Typhon. I think about that sometimes. I wonder if I would ever have changed it, otherwise. Harry's best pic. It's askew, but it's my favourite of them all. - 3.7.16
Unburdened with the pain that the future held, we all continued to have a smashing evening... Most of us were MotorFur regulars; a photoshoot was in order. Smiles and laughs were had all round - 3.7.16
BristolFurs 2016 December Meet
One, Two, miss a few.. My first meet at the new venue. By now, we had vastly outgrew The Knights' Templar. We met Santa! I sadly never got to know the name of the suiter on the left, but following on is Amber, Ploddy, Kéra, Bella, Parz, Santa Claus (!!!), Red Baron, and myself! Furcation 2018

And then what happened...?
You might recall, something big happened between 2019 and 2023.. Something world-shattering. As I was getting into the heart of my education, looking to get back into local meets, suddenly the pandemic took hold. Hopefully, dear friends, I will update this soon with a 2023 section. Until then; I bid you adieu.
